TelaRun is how the automations we build for your firm keep running once the job is finished. It is not new software for your team to learn. It is also not the later work of changing or fixing things.

Once an automation is built, TelaRun looks after it. It starts when the first one goes live. Building it is a separate job. Changing it later is a separate job.
Your staff keep using the tools they already know. There is nothing new to log into.
What you get
- Somewhere for your automations to run
- A check that each one finished
- A restart if something stops
- Files are only used for the job, then not kept
- Room for up to three live automations
What it doesn’t include
- Building the automation
- Later changes. Those happen only when you ask, as a separate piece of work.
Looking after your information
- We only get access to what that job needs
- We never delete or wipe your records
- A person says yes before anything is sent out, such as an email
Where your files stay
Client files stay in the systems you already use, such as Xero Practice Manager, FYI, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. We don’t keep a copy. We don’t use your files to train public AI tools.
