Conveyancing practice automation for NSW firms
Keep every matter, document chase, and handoff visible.
Telagent is a systems and automation consultancy for NSW conveyancing practices. We work with principals, licensed conveyancers, practice managers, and operations leads. The Central Coast is where we start; Australia-wide remote delivery is a normal way to build when the practice is not local. After discovery, the work is a fixed project. A retainer follows only if the practice wants ongoing care.
Telagent is not a conveyancer, does not do conveyancing, and does not give legal advice. We improve the administrative systems around the practice-management, CRM, email, document, and billing tools the practice already uses. We do not make legal decisions, and we do not replace conveyancers.
Request a discoveryWho this is for
This is for the principal or practice manager whose day disappears into new-matter setup, document chase, status updates, and handoffs that have to be repeated. The buyer wants a scoped implementation after a conversation, not another platform to learn.
- Central Coast NSW first, with Australia-wide remote delivery when that is the better fit
- Small and mid-sized conveyancing practices that need practical systems around the practice-management, CRM, email, document, and billing tools they already run
- An operations lead who can name the stall, and a principal who can accept a written scope
If the stall sits in an accounting practice, see accounting and CA firms. If it is a law firm rather than a conveyancing practice, see law firms. If the pressure is document chase around a tax return, see tax agent practices. Not for: conveyancing instructions, legal advice, legal decisions, a consumer property search, generic helpdesk support, or another SaaS login.
Problems we fix in conveyancing-practice operations
These are operational stalls inside the practice. We do not promise settlement outcomes, and we do not invent matter counts or case studies.
- New matter intake with no owner — instructions arrive through forms, email, agents, or phone, and the next action is unclear
- Document chase — identity, contract, title, authority, or other client material needs a consistent request, an owner, and a reminder
- Re-keying — client, property, and matter information typed again between intake, practice management, CRM, document storage, and billing
- Status updates in the wrong place — clients, referrers, or internal staff ask for progress because the operational next step is not visible
- Handoffs that disappear — between conveyancers, assistants, principals, and external referrers, with no shared view of who holds the next task
- Exceptions without a path — missing information, changed instructions, or a stalled handoff has no named escalation or reminder
What we automate is administrative routing, document follow-up, status visibility, and reminders. That is conveyancing practice automation NSW firms can put around the file they already run. We do not automate legal judgment, conveyancing work, advice, contract interpretation, or decisions that belong to the conveyancer or lawyer.
How Telagent works (Discover → Build → Care)
Telagent is a problem-solver and an implementation partner, not a conveyancer, not a legal-advice provider, and not a software vendor. The practice keeps the conveyancing. We put a system around the administration that sits beside it. No work proceeds until the practice is happy with the written proposal.
Discover
A no-cost discovery conversation. We map the operational bottleneck and agree scope, outcomes, and price before anything is built.
Build
A fixed-price project, priced in the proposal, covering the intake path, the document chase, the status view, and the handoffs the practice named in discovery.
Care
Retainers and ongoing support when the practice wants them. We do not publish a retainer dollar amount. Hourly advisory is from $150 + GST/hr.
Conveyancing workflow systems without another platform
Practice-management and matter-management products stay the practice’s. Telagent is not a competing conveyancing platform, and we do not ask anyone to leave a system that already fits. We connect the existing intake, CRM, document, email, calendar, billing, and practice-management tools where the handoff is safe and useful.
Telagent works as a systems consultant for conveyancers Central Coast practices can brief first, then the same method supports conveyancing workflow automation Australia-wide when the practice is elsewhere. n8n and other integrations are used only where they fit the workflow already agreed. Where a named owner and a clearer reminder solve the problem, the extra tool stays out.
The useful part of document and matter automation for conveyancers is a consistent request, an owner, and a reminder when the material has not come back. It is not automated conveyancing. Professional boundary, stated plainly: Telagent does not do conveyancing, does not give legal advice, does not make legal decisions, and does not replace conveyancers.
Central Coast + Australia
We start on the Central Coast NSW: Gosford, Erina, Wyong, and the surrounds. Practices elsewhere in Australia are delivered remotely. Sitting down locally and building remotely are both ordinary. Neither implies a published office, a street address, or a phone number — those stay unpublished until they are confirmed.
What engagement looks like
- Discovery conversation, at no cost, with the principal, practice manager, or operations lead
- Written proposal: scope, outcomes, and price
- Fixed-price project and/or retainer only after the practice accepts the proposal
No work proceeds until the practice accepts the proposal.
Common questions
What does a systems consultant do for a conveyancing practice?
We look at where time goes on new-matter setup, document chase, status updates, and handoffs that nobody can see. Then we design the administrative follow-up so each of those has an owner and a next step. The practice keeps the conveyancing. We improve the systems around it.
Can you work with our existing matter-management and document tools?
Yes. The default is to connect the matter-management, document, email, CRM, and billing tools the practice already uses. We do not replace them unless a change is clearly in the practice’s interest — and then it is the practice’s decision.
Can you automate document chase without automating conveyancing decisions?
Yes. Document chase here means a consistent request, a named owner, and a reminder when material is still missing. It does not mean automated legal judgment, contract interpretation, conveyancing work, or advice.
Are you a conveyancer or do you provide legal advice?
No. Telagent is not a conveyancer, does not do conveyancing, and does not give legal advice. We improve administrative systems. The practice remains responsible for conveyancing work and advice.
Do you work only on the Central Coast?
Central Coast NSW is home base. We also deliver across Australia remotely. Practices outside the Central Coast do not need a site visit for the work to proceed.
How is pricing structured?
The discovery conversation is no-cost. The project price is fixed in the proposal the practice accepts. Care, if wanted, is a retainer with no public dollar figure. Advisory charged by the hour starts at $150 + GST/hr.
Ready to name the next step on a matter?
Request a discovery. We will look at where new matters, document chase, and handoffs stall, and whether a fixed project or a Care retainer is the right next step.
